At Kenaan International we make a priority to deliver your order same day up to 1 day upon receiving your order once payment is done. All shipments are shipped using a 3rd party and we provide tracking number to easy track each shipment. Shipping cost is non-refundable, once customer request a refund shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customer have 7 days to return the item from date you received it. Return or exchange item must be unused and must be in the original packing.
Refund
Once we received retuned items will inspect it must be unused and must be in the original packing if returned item is approved, we will process your refund. For credit/debit card, bank transfer payments refund amount will be credited to your account within stipulated timeline by the bank which has issued your payment.
